Return Policy

We accept return and change only when the failure product.　If there are any failure on our product, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. It must be in brand new, original condition without any signs of wear. Any items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to you.

 

How goldandbouncy returns work

Please email us from Contact page, we’ll respond as soon as possible with a Return Authorization number. Once you’ve received this email, please print it out — along with a copy of your full name, address, phone number and email address — and include it with your merchandise to send back to goldandbouncy to the following address:
